Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on September 12, 2022 found that Sinclair's Home Care Registry had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A. Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state licensure complaint investigation survey completed on July 19, 2022.
